Shrimp
and Buffalo Wrapped in Pancetta:

Serving for 6 (2ea. Per Person) |
- 1lb of medium Shrimp cleaned and deveined
- ¼
lb of Buffalo Flank sliced thin
- ¼
lb of Pancetta sliced thin
- 1 doz. Medium length Bamboo Sticks
(soak
in water)
- 1 Fryer with oil
- 12 ea 5”x 5” foil

Cooking: First you’ll
need to skewer the shrimp length
wise and wrap the Buffalo and Pancetta around
the Shrimp with the won ton place the sheet in a
diamond pattern and wrap it over the shrimp and
seal the ends with water of egg wash mixture.
Make sure your fryer is heated to 350 degrees,
place the triangles in the oil and cook for 3-
5minutes drain, place in a basket and serve. This
is a great table side appetizer to create the dinner
they won’t forget. |

Recommended Dipping Sauce: Apple Sweet & Sour Dip |
- 1 cup of Apple Sauce
- 2 TSP of Apple Butter
- 2-3 TSP of Sugar (To Taste)
- ¼
cup of Cider Vinegar

In a small bowl place all ingredients and
mix thoroughly and serve. |
