Add Fennel Seed,
Garlic Powder, Crushed Red Chiles, Oregano, and Salt & Pepper
to ground buffalo & mix
VERY well. Make patties ¼ to 1/3 lb to the shape of the
bread. Grill or pan fry patties to no more than medium, melt
a slice of mozzarella
cheese on each patty then put 1 whole or ½ half green
chile on top of cheese. Put on warmed bun. Sauce can be put inside
sandwich
or in a small bowl for dipping. YUM! |
